Whiteslade Drama uses PayPal to process payments. This gives you the security of knowing that your credit/debit card details are kept safe by a company that is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom as an electronic money institution. Using PayPal means that Whiteslade Drama does not hold any of your credit/debit card details.
When you click the "Add to Cart" button next to a chosen script collection, that item is automatically added to your PayPal shopping basket. The basket will be displayed on screen. You may continue to add additional script collections or continue to the checkout. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still checkout as a guest.
When the screen titled "Dispatching Information" is displayed, click the radio button stating "Postage is not required". This means you do not have to enter a postal address.
How Scripts Are Delivered
All scripts are supplied electronically as PDF document files as an attachment to an email. Please ensure that your email is set up to accept incoming PDF attachments. Whiteslade Drama will always send two emails, one with the attachment and one notifying you that the email containing the attachment has been dispatched. This is in case your email does not accept attachments.
When are Scripts Delivered?
We will endeavour to dispatch ordered scripts within 3 days. If you have not received your ordered script within 5 days, please send a copy of your PayPal confirmation email to us. Note: Before forwarding any email, please remove any credit/debit card information that may be contained in the email from PayPal.
Please ensure that you use your correct email address when filling in the form on PayPal. This is the address that the scripts will be sent to when your payment has been received.
All scripts are copyrighted ©1996-2018 Jonny White (Whiteslade Drama). If you have purchased a collection of scripts, you may perform the whole or any part of it any number of times without paying additional royalties providing that the performance is:
